Customized Orders: Cancellation requests for customized products can only be accepted within 3 hours of placing the order. After this window, production may start, making cancellation unlikely. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel a customized order.

Non-Customized Orders: You may request cancellation of non-customized orders only before the order is shipped. Once shipped, our standard Refund & Return Policy applies.
